Glossy buttons in Fireworks®
Create a square and give it a linear fill with the properties: gradient CC9900 -> FFFFCC.
Create a second square which covers half the first square, but is 1 px from the top, left and right side of the first square. The fill is '#FFFFFF' to '#FFFFFF' but the last colour has an opacity of 0%.
Now add labels to the buttons.
This effect can be done with any colour and size button.
